It is a cold and windy day in Michigan today. With the busy season upon us it was my delight to be able to stay home and sew the week 3 four patches today. I had so much trouble finding enough of the light purple or lavender from my stash and scraps. But I did it. Best of all, I was able to include my kitty cat fabric. This was a scrap left over from another quilt and I thought I’d never be able to use it for anything else. I think it’s perfect for this. And, like Bonnie’s, my quilt will have the French kitty cats that she talked about seeing in Provence.

Love the purple with the cats, looking forward to seeing all the quilt tops together. This is such fun (& hard work)

Love your fabrics, they are all lovely, but those cats really make me smile. They are adorable.

Great use of your kitty fabric. I was able to use up some small scraps in purple too. I have a few left that are destined to become crumb blocks!

Your 4 patches look great. I’m using a butterfly lavender fabric too. Not a clue why I get excited to see a same fabric. I’m silly đŸ™‚
